Clear information about the data involved when you visit the website or contact Subti.

SUBTI.AI / PRIVACY

The contact form sends your request to Subti by email.

Email the data controller

Data controller

The data controller is SUBSTI, a French SASU located at 13 rue Jacques Monod, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France (SIREN 993 252 162). For questions about your data: corentin@substi.ai.

Contacting us

The form collects your first and last name, organization, email address, message and, if you provide it, phone number. This information is sent to corentin@substi.ai to handle your request and reply to you. The site does not create a dedicated database for these messages; they remain in the mailbox for as long as needed to follow up on your request. Please avoid including sensitive information in your message.

Booking a meeting

Booking links open Calendly when you click them. The Salon des Maires page also displays an embedded calendar: opening that page loads Calendly resources, which may receive technical browsing data. If you use this external service, its own privacy rules apply.

Analytics and trackers

Apart from the Calendly calendar described above, this version of the website does not run its own audience measurement tool. If other trackers are added later, their use and consent options will be explained here.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the data you have shared with us, or ask questions about its use, by emailing corentin@substi.ai.

Hosting

The hosting provider's identity and information about technical browsing data must be completed once the production setup is confirmed.

Hosting details and mailbox retention practices must be confirmed after production deployment.
